LeavingOz is a real community of Christian Moms, sharing everyday life from the frontlines of motherhood.
We are made up of stay-at-home and working moms, holding hopes and dreams in one hand, juggling kids and family in the other. We write to express ourselves through what we learn, as we walk through life and grow closer to God. We write to get in touch with what we’re feeling, share our ups and downs, our daily joys and struggles.
With babies in diapers, teens with hormones and everything in between, twelve moms blog for fun, as a guilty pleasure. We have a variety of personalities and opinions, but what we have in common are Jesus in our lives and love for our families.
LeavingOz is a place for moms who want a refreshing alternative to the voices that guilt us with preachy parenting advice, annoy us with pollyanna platitudes, or drag us down with bitter cynicism.
We don’t pretend to be perfect. We crave honest conversations. So, pull up a chair and join us for a cozy coffee conversation and down-to-earth look at life behind-the-scenes.
